How we pack and when we ship
We ship orders to 3 working days from receipt of payment. We hand-pack each stone in protective material so that it survives the journey — both the stone and the wooden base are more fragile than they seem. Shipments are insured. Yes. Each stone is original and we photograph the exact piece you will receive. No two are the same, so we cannot send a "similar".When will I receive my order?
